Dr. Danielle Dowling
Dr. Danielle Dowling is a Mom, author, and therapist-trained life coach with more than 12,000 hours of one-on-one coaching experience. She is deeply passionate about helping women navigate the emotional realities of modern Motherhood without abandoning themselves in the process. Her work centers on the belief that women can love their children deeply and still need joy, space, clarity, and support, and that reclaiming those things is not selfish, it is essential. That belief, along with her own experience of early Motherhood and the invisible labor it carries, inspired her to write Good Girl, Bad Mom, a book that offers both truth-telling and practical tools for women who want to feel more like themselves again.
